Digital that delivers impact.

Problem

WWF-Australia's monolithic CMS was creating bottlenecks in their digital storytelling. Content teams struggled with rigid workflows, while the platform's inflexibility made it difficult to adapt content across different channels. They needed a solution that could scale across websites, kiosks, email campaigns, and social media while maintaining performance.

Solution

We architected a headless content platform that decoupled the front-end experience from the back-end systems. By implementing Contentful as the content hub and enhancing it with Algolia's search capabilities, we created a flexible digital ecosystem. The platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring scalability, while Cloudinary handles sophisticated digital asset management. Real-time monitoring through Datadog and Sentry keeps everything running smoothly.

Results

The new architecture dramatically improved content deployment speed and enabled simultaneous publishing across multiple channels. Search performance and traffic handling saw significant improvements, especially during major campaigns.

The MACH Alliance recognised this innovation with their 2023 Award, particularly noting our pioneering approach to NGO digital transformation.
